Juston's picture was among the 300 images of people killed by law enforcement, each placed on one empty seat. All three hundred families (450 family members) came from all over the country in August 2021 to the Washington Monument in DC.

Juston was a kind, caring, loving son, brother, uncle and friend of many. He had a passion for music and especially the spoken word. His life revolved around creativity. He touched many lives with his kindness and open heart. He would often use word play to find significance or humor in phrases that he created. Juston would add an e to the end of his name, making it JUST ONE (#J1). His message throughout his life was that WE ARE JUST ONE.
